Andreas Georgiou Andreas has more than fifteen years of experience in the accounting and audit profession. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA - ICAEW).This is the highest recognition given to ACA members who have more than 10 years of post- qualification experience in the audit profession. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics ( BSs Econ) from University College London - University of London, which is one of the top five universities in the United Kingdom. Andreas has extensive experience working with International Business Companies for over ten years and has assisted many clients from Europe and ex CIS countries in their tax planning structures. He has a lot of experience with financial services companies as well as holding structures and consolidations. Previous experience include working in a Big 4 audit firm as well as in a local bank and group CFO of a listed company in Cyprus. English and Greek speaker. |

Anna Kallidou Anna has more than seven years of experience in the accounting and audit profession. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom. She also holds an MBA degree from the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), which is one of the top universities in Cyprus, providing the MBA programs for top management of organizations. She also holds a Masters' degree in Management (Hons) from Kuban State University of Culture and Art in Russia. Anna was working as a senior specialist of the credit control department in a Russian bank for 2 years before moving to Cyprus, where she completed 7 years of experience in one of the leading audit firms. She has an extensive experience working with International Business Companies including financial services companies, large trading companies and holding structures.
